How to Handle Newborn Vomiting

A newborn baby at 20 days old experiences vomiting, which may be due to gastrointestinal dysfunction, overeating, or gastrointestinal flu. It is recommended to practice small, frequent meals, administer probiotics and vitamin B6 for treatment, or temporarily stop breastfeeding to promote gastrointestinal recovery. Resume the previous feeding method once improvement is observed. A body temperature check is advisable; if fever is present, consider gastrointestinal flu and provide antiviral treatment. Fever exceeding 38.5°C requires fever-reducing therapy.
