How to Handle a Toddler Who Always Squats to Urinate?

My daughter is four months old and often squats to urinate, and she doesn’t seem to finish peeing. Sometimes she pees a little more when she squats elsewhere, and she might also wet her pants while standing. She can urinate a little anywhere within five minutes.
