Will Sterilizing a 1.5-Year-Old Baby’s Bottle with Steam Lead to Bacterial Infection?

After a sudden power outage, the grandmother used a footbath bucket to wash the baby’s bottle. Subsequently, I sterilized the bottle with steam and immersed the bottle brush in boiling water. I’m wondering if this is safe and if there’s still a risk of bacterial infection.
