What’s Wrong with My Baby Not Sleeping Through the Night?

My baby is 29 days old and is fully supplied. There has been another case of partial premature rupture of membranes, causing intrauterine distress. The Apgar score was 4 at birth, rising to 7 after 5 minutes. After 9 days of hospital treatment, the MRI was normal upon discharge. After discharge, the baby’s hands and feet tremble occasionally during afternoon naps, and the lower legs also tremble when burping. The baby doesn’t sleep through the night and often wakes up. Are these symptoms related to choking on water?
