Is the redness and swelling on the child’s left arm caused by vaccination?

The baby was born prematurely, so he was admitted to a hospital. After he was discharged, his left arm was red and swollen, but it was not obvious. It has become redder in the past two days. It is less than three months since birth. Please consult a doctor. Do we need to go to the hospital? Or should we apply something at home and continue to monitor her?

What should I do if the patient has a slight rupture of arachnoid hemorrhage?

I fainted and fell into coma at around 3 a.m. on August 19, 2019. I woke up around 3 p.m. on the 19th. I have no major physical problems. I just have a headache and am conscious. I am now in the intensive care unit. The hospital’s advice is minimally invasive or Craniotomy or conservative treatment.
