My child, who is 11 years old, experiences shivering and shaking all over the body when they have a seizure. It happens 2 to 3 times during the day and 3 to 4 times at night. During the seizure, their back and right shoulder twitch, and their arms are raised. Their head shakes and they chuckle. The episode lasts about 10 seconds. Is this a tonic-clonic seizure?
