Treating and Preventing Baby’s Partial Shoulder Dislocation
A 15-month-old baby experienced a partial shoulder dislocation, which was reset after medical treatment, but the child still couldn’t grasp or lift the arm. It might be due to the incomplete development of the small annular ligament, leading to habitual partial dislocation. It is recommended to properly immobilize the baby’s arm after reset and avoid pulling or tugging to help the baby recover.
