Clinical Manifestations of Pediatric Tonsillitis

If a child indeed has tonsillitis, the initial symptom is throat pain, which may be accompanied by difficulty swallowing and fever, possibly even chills and fatigue. The tonsils may become inflamed, congested, and swollen. Delayed treatment may lead to severe complications such as nephritis or endocarditis. It is recommended to seek medical treatment as soon as possible.
