9-Month-Old Baby Diarrhea with Fever?

All symptoms started with a fever of 39 degrees. After receiving intravenous fluids, the fever decreased. The next morning, there was one episode of vomiting, followed by diarrhea. There were milk curd particles associated with a fever below 38 degrees, lasting for about 10 days. Fever in the morning and noon, normal at night. There were several purple spots on the buttocks and genitals, and the baby was also crying, restless, and weak. Ten days ago, it was a bit cool outside in the morning when playing. Blood routine was not high, recovered after fluid administration, but started to have a fever of 38 degrees or less the next day.
