My child is always restless, no matter where he goes, he always likes to pick up some random things with his hands, hit people with his hands, and his hands and feet are always moving when he sits to watch TV. No matter how I scold him or hit him, he still behaves the same way. He is only quiet when he sleeps. Is this ADHD?
