My nephew is already one year old but still cannot roll over or sit up, let alone grasp objects. He has very poor sleep, cries loudly at night, and has little strength when breastfeeding. He often dribbles saliva. After a hospital check-up, the doctor said he has pediatric congenital cerebral palsy. What kind of help can I get?
