There are many causes of pediatric cerebral palsy, such as maternal rubella infection, syphilis or cytomegalovirus infection during pregnancy, severe anemia, pregnancy poisoning, and working frequently in a radiation environment; infants born with severe asphyxia, severe jaundice, and birth trauma leading to intracranial hemorrhage; after birth, infants may suffer from various central nervous system diseases or experience persistent seizures. These factors may lead to brain damage or developmental defects in children, thereby causing pediatric cerebral palsy.
