Liver hemangioma is a benign condition. For small hemangiomas, no special treatment is usually required. However, multiple hemangiomas should be treated with caution and the risk of bleeding should be monitored. For relatively large or multiple liver hemangiomas, surgical or interventional treatment may be considered.
