Frequent abdominal pain in a baby, sometimes accompanied by vomiting, may be caused by gastrointestinal infections such as acute gastroenteritis, mesenteric lymphadenitis, or appendicitis. It is recommended to undergo an abdominal ultrasound examination to rule out appendicitis or other infectious factors. Symptomatic anti-inflammatory medication and domperidone liquid can be administered for relief. If symptoms do not improve, medical attention should be sought promptly.
