Treatment Methods for Neonatal Physiological Jaundice

Neonatal physiological jaundice typically appears 2 to 3 days after birth, reaches its peak between 4 to 6 days, and resolves spontaneously within 7 to 10 days. However, if jaundice appears within 24 hours after birth, or if it does not fade away within 2 to 3 weeks, or even worsens, or reappears after fading, it may be pathological jaundice, and medical attention should be sought promptly.
