Is it Suitable for a 5-Month-Old Baby to Eat Pumpkin?

Pumpkin can be eaten in small amounts, but be aware that the baby’s stool may turn yellow. When introducing solid foods, in addition to pumpkin, you can try rice cereal, egg yolks, fruit puree, and vegetable puree, and remember to supplement vitamin D with baby’s Icycin.
