What Should a Six-Month-Old Baby Eat as Complementary Food?

Babies can start introducing complementary foods after four months old. Initially, the best option is to introduce egg yolks, which can be cooked, shelled, and mashed into a powder. Start by feeding the baby 1/8 of an egg yolk daily, gradually increasing to 1/4, then 1/2, and finally the whole yolk.
