Difference Between Neonatal Impetigo and Impetigo Herpetiformis?

My daughter has a large abscess on her chest, is it impetigo herpetiformis or impetigo? Answer: Impetigo herpetiformis is mainly caused by viral infection, with obvious blisters on the skin; while impetigo is often caused by bacterial infection, possibly presenting as soft pustules. If detected early, neonatal impetigo can be quickly treated, otherwise it may prolong the condition, even leading to large areas of skin desquamation. It is recommended to give the child plenty of water to drink, take warm baths, and urinate regularly. It is suggested to visit a larger hospital for consultation.
