A 4-year-old child, during treatment for mycoplasma pneumonia, received mefenamic acid sodium injection for 10 consecutive days to assist in treatment. The child has been discharged and is taking oral medication to boost immunity. There is a history of high fever seizures, and concerns are raised about the impact of hormonal side effects.
