Treatment Methods for Neonatal Gastric Perforation

Once diagnosed, emergency surgery should be performed. Preoperative preparation includes gastrostomy tube decompression, correcting electrolyte balance, enhancing blood transfusion, and administering antibiotics and vitamin K. For children with severe abdominal distension, abdominal puncture decompression can be performed to relieve breathing difficulties.
