Furazolidone Enteric-coated Tablets Medication Reactions

A three-year-old baby with urinary tract infection experienced high fever and red throat after taking furazolidone enteric-coated tablets, which may trigger nausea, vomiting, rash, and other reactions. Long-term use may lead to interstitial pneumonia or pulmonary fibrosis. It should be taken with food and at least a 7-day course of treatment.
