Can Baby Eat Flaxseed Oil?

During the period when the baby is breastfeeding, the mother should consume 30 to 40 milliliters of flaxseed oil daily and pass on the nutrition to the baby through breast milk. Babies aged one and a half or older can start consuming flaxseed oil directly.
