My three-year-old and four-month-old daughter has frequent bowel movements, with small, thin stools each time. Why doesn’t she eat much and eat very little of whatever she tries? She is very short (only about 90 cm), but otherwise, she is fine. She has never received any related treatment. What could be the reason? Do we need treatment?
