What to Do If My Son Occasionally Has Blood in His Stool?

My eight-year-old son had two episodes of blood in his stool last week. After drinking brown sugar water, he returned to normal, but this morning he had blood in his stool again. He has never been treated and I want to understand the cause and seek help. It is recommended to go to a regular hospital for an early check-up, maintain a regular diet, eat less spicy, salty, or hard foods, increase the intake of vegetables and fruits, and consider taking medications to strengthen the gastric mucosa, such as omeprazole and misoprostol, in order to recover sooner.
