Exploring the Issue of a 50-Day-Old Baby Continuously Stretching for an Hour

A 50-day-old female infant exhibits a continuous stretching action lasting for an hour during sleep in the early morning or late at night, accompanied by humming sounds. This may be related to indigestion, and it is recommended to give the baby more water, eat smaller, more frequent meals, and use symptomatic anti-inflammatory medication. Additionally, the baby has been fed formula milk since birth, experiencing severe vomiting around the 10th day, along with eczema on the face, particularly on the cheeks and chin. Stool is mostly normal, now occurring twice a day, not formed, with occasional milk residue. Could this be related to formula (protein) allergy?
