Two-Month-Old Baby Diarrhea

A two-month-old exclusively breastfed baby has yellow stools with mucus, a small amount of water, and occasionally bubbles. The frequency is 2-4 times a day, with some stool present during each diaper change. Appetite is normal, there is no vomiting or fever. The stools contained water from one week after birth. Initially, no attention was paid. After one month, medical examination was conducted, and the diagnosis was that the stool contained white blood cells, suspected to be caused by bacterial infection. The doctor recommended using phosphomycin for treatment, supplemented with Mami Love and Simeta to regulate the intestines, and using Baby One-Touch Plaster on the navel to enhance the efficacy.
