Why Do Children’s Eyelids Swell After Crying?

Children’s eyelids may swell after intense crying, possibly due to a blocked tear duct. It is advised not to rub the eyes and to perform gentle massage with light pressure on the lacrimal sac area. Massage this area four times a day, each time pressing gently 5-10 times. If the condition does not improve, seek assistance from an ophthalmologist.
