After seven days of treatment with azithromycin for a child’s mycoplasma infection, symptoms have significantly improved at night, but occasional coughing still occurs during the day. The condition is not severe. However, the mycoplasma test result from yesterday still shows a titer greater than 1:160. The question is whether to continue taking cephalosporin antibiotics and to estimate the time needed for complete recovery.
