What Kind of Sequelae might a Child Suffer from after Falling on the Back of Their Head?

After a child falls on the back of their head, post-traumatic hemorrhage usually occurs within 24 hours, but it may also happen between 24 to 48 hours. The chance of recurrence after 48 hours is relatively small. It’s important to observe the child’s mental state and crying behavior. If the child is lively and active with no issues, there should be no major problems. However, it is still recommended to have a brain CT scan done.
