Does Treatment for Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease in Children Require Reinforcement?

Four days ago, the child started running a high fever of 38 degrees Celsius, with white, corn-sized spots on the tongue and red spots on the palms and buttocks. The diagnosis was hand, foot, and mouth disease, and after taking medication, the fever subsided, the red spots darkened, and the spots on the tongue turned pink. However, aside from a dose of medicine tomorrow morning, I’m not sure if I need to see a doctor again.
