Question
How is pediatric osteosarcoma treated?
Answer
Based on the imaging results, a mass of high-density shadow is found in the upper lobe of the left lung, with spiky edges, measuring about 3*3CM, with a CT value of approximately 34HU. It is also accompanied by thickening of the bronchial wall in the upper lobe of the left lung, nodal shadows in front of the trachea and behind the pulmonary vein, thickening of the pulmonary and bronchial vessels and tracheal bundle, and pleural effusion on the left side. These symptoms suggest a possible lung malignant tumor, and it is recommended to undergo surgical treatment if the physical condition permits, combined with chemotherapy.
