Question

Why are my baby’s hands and feet always so hot?

Answer

Generally, when a baby’s hands and feet feel hot, it is often due to poor peripheral blood circulation. In cold weather, a baby’s feet can easily become cold, while in hot weather, due to poor heat dissipation, the hands and feet can become hot. For adults, this condition may be related to kidney Yin deficiency. However, for babies, this could be a normal physiological occurrence.
