Hello, Qing Huo Bao and Qing Qing Bao have similar instructions, and my baby is also taking them, but there’s no need to add them all the time. Make sure to give your baby plenty of water and keep an eye on the color of their bowel movements. If they are normal and not constipated, there’s no need to add them.
