Question

When should a baby start drinking formula milk?

Answer

Six months ago, the introduction of complementary foods must be age-appropriate for the baby: from 4 to 6 months, you can add rice porridge, egg yolks, fruit purees, or thin noodle soup with a little shredded vegetables and a small amount of cooking oil. From 7 to 12 months, you can add soft rice, tofu, minced meat, various vegetables, fish meat, minced lean meat, and so on. Start with grains and transition to vegetables and fruits, fish and poultry eggs, and soy products. You can also choose some infant nutritionally fortified complementary food products as supplements.
