Question

The baby is one month old and the jaundice hasn’t gone down yet, and it’s not severe. What should I do if I give them medicine?

Answer

If the child has a high bilirubin level, it is recommended to go to the hospital for jaundice treatment. Blue light therapy and taking a Silymarin oral solution in conjunction can be effective. Continue with the treatment, and lowering the bilirubin level to below 18 is relatively safe.
