Two months after giving birth, why do I feel weak when I have a fever?

Because I take care of the baby myself at night, I suffer from severe lack of sleep and am not energetic during the day. I feel exhausted just by walking around, feeling like an elderly person in their seventies. Later, after engaging in some appropriate exercise, I have gradually recovered to almost five months now, and my body constitution has returned to the state before giving birth.
