The common bile duct diameter is normal, and the gallbladder size and shape are normal, but the gallbladder wall is rough. Based on these symptoms and imaging findings, it is considered possible that cholecystitis or gastritis may be the cause. It is recommended to adopt a regular lifestyle, eat a light diet, avoid spicy, greasy foods, eat more vegetables and fruits, engage in moderate exercise, and take medications such as amoxicillin capsules, anti-inflammatory gallbladder tablets, metoclopramide, and omeprazole capsules for treatment.
