- Diet should be light and fresh, with plenty of vegetables and fruits, avoid coffee, cola, spicy foods, and drinks with caffeine or ephedrine. Quit smoking and alcohol. Avoid medications containing caffeine or ephedrine. Sometimes antibiotics or fluoroquinolones may also trigger seizures.
- Take medication on time and regularly, and visit the clinic regularly for follow-up.
- Prohibit driving cars; prohibit swimming in coastal areas or rivers; not suitable for high-altitude work or operating machinery.
