If the mother is a carrier of Hepatitis B with the triple therapy , can she perform breastfeeding? Additionally, if I undergo treatment now and try to change the the triple therapy to surface antigen+ , can this reduce the transmissibility to the next generation? Also, I want to know if the prenatal vaccine injected to reduce the transmission to the fetus will affect the child’s future intellectual development? Thank you!!!
