Question

Patches of freckles have appeared on my face, mainly on the right side, which are not congenital and there is no family history of inheritance. They started appearing since I was 2 years old, and the spots have become larger with age. The color darkens after exposure to the sun, and treatments at beauty salons have been ineffective. I suspect whether it might be mercury poisoning. Are there any solutions?

Answer

The symptoms of mercury poisoning are diverse and can vary due to individual biochemical differences, genetic susceptibility, exposure dose, age, intake form, and synergistic toxins. Mercury poisoning can lead to various issues, including neural developmental damage. Particularly in children, mercury poisoning can cause severe impacts. When encountering unexplained illnesses, the possibility of mercury poisoning should be considered. Children with mercury poisoning may exhibit symptoms such as lack of eye contact, emotional apathy, stereotypical behaviors, delayed language development, or loss of abilities. Mercury not only affects the nervous system but may also lead to physiological symptoms such as food allergies, eczema, and immune system issues.
