My son is now 11 months old and occasionally has rapid breathing while sleeping at night. He is also only 69 cm tall. Additionally, he is just starting to learn to walk but tends to walk on his toes, and his legs are not very straight when standing. Are these all normal?

This is normal. I suggest taking your baby to the hospital for a trace element test to better understand your child’s condition and not worry too much.
