My child is four years old, and her genital area is red, with yellow stains on her underwear and an unpleasant odor. This has been going on for some time. The symptoms have not improved after washing with saltwater, and she says she has an itchy sensation. Could this be related to the saltwater wash, or is it another type of infection?
