Hello: Babies between 4 to 6 months should start introducing complementary foods, including puréed foods such as vegetable purée, fruit purée, as well as iron-fortified formula milk or formula. At 7 to 9 months, babies can have mashed complementary foods like porridge, minced meat, vegetable purée, eggs, fish purée, tofu, formula rice noodles, and fruit. By 10 to 12 months, babies can have soft rice, minced meat, diced vegetables, eggs, fish meat, dairy products, and fruit. Also, getting plenty of sunlight helps with calcium absorption, but excessive intake of monosodium glutamate should be avoided as it is harmful to for calcium absorption.
