My son is 4 years old. Last night, he accidentally fell from the bed and hit the back of his head. There were no adverse symptoms after the fall. This morning, he was in good spirits, watching cartoons, reading books, and listening to me tell stories. After lunch, he suddenly complained of a headache but fell asleep shortly afterward. Upon waking up, he had no adverse symptoms and said his headache was gone, and he felt fine. However, by 6 pm that evening, he vomited everything he had eaten that day, feeling very uncomfortable. For the past two and a half hours, he has vomited three times in a row. I’m not sure what the cause is. Apart from the vomiting, he has some weakness but no other symptoms.
