On the basis of ACTH treatment, it is recommended to use Depakene or (and) Tegretol for treatment. Infant convulsions are a more severe form of epilepsy, and some discomfort may occur during ACTH treatment, with its effectiveness sometimes taking longer to manifest. Continuous nodding might be a sign of a recurrence of convulsions.
