Mild fever, redness, swelling, and hardness at the injection site after vaccination are normal and usually occur within 24 hours post-vaccination. Additionally, some children may experience symptoms such as headache, dizziness, general weakness, chills, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. These symptoms typically resolve within 24 hours and rarely persist for more than 3 days. If the fever is high, you can take antipyretic medication. Usually, other symptoms will subside on their own once the body temperature returns to normal. If the fever persists or other abnormalities occur, seek medical attention promptly.
