Traditional Chinese medicine prohibits the use of menthol, camphor, naphthol, fritillaria thunbergii, realgar, chrysanthemum flowers, bear bile, kudingcha, qili powder, infant’s formula, and realgar detoxification pills for spleen and stomach deficiency. The general snake gall bladder and fritillaria loquat decoction may contain menthol flavor, but this is not yet confirmed. It is recommended to use medication under a doctor’s guidance or to give the child a very small amount to test first, observing for any adverse reactions before administering the medication.
