Dizziness and headaches (usually accompanied by neck discomfort). The main sensation of dizziness is a lack of clarity in the brain, with a delayed response and a foggy feeling; headaches are usually mild and can occur anywhere, sometimes in the upper back of the head, sometimes at the Fengchi point, sometimes at the Taiyang point, and occasionally at the Jingming point, or in two or three places. Additionally, there is a sticky sensation in the eyes, similar to the feeling of being sensitive to light and wanting to cry after long periods of staring at a computer. For over a month, work pressure has been high, with one-third of the time experiencing neurasthenia (until 3 or 4 o’clock in the morning). There was a brief history of dizziness and headaches in 1993 and 2002, lasting about 10 days each time, mainly in the upper back of the head or at the Fengchi point or Taiyang point, accompanied by short-term nausea. Detailed checks with an EEG were normal, and taking vitamin B1 and guavain were completely cured. This March, there was a single occurrence similar to before, which healed without treatment (due to poor cervical condition, it was believed to be caused by it). Onset time: The symptoms began in early September; as it was mild and not diagnosed, on September 26 and 27, the symptoms were more severe, and on September 28, a re-examination was conducted at a local hospital. Currently, the symptoms are relatively mild. Detailed examination results: Blood pressure 140/90; Doppler and EEG examinations: Doppler results indicate “S2>S1 peak sound of vertebral basilar artery: vertebral basilar artery spasm” EEG examination: Basic rhythm: normal medium-to-low amplitude 8-14C/S alpha rhythm seen in all leads, waveform irregularity and amplitude difference. Fast waves: a small amount mixed on both sides of each lead
