Question
How can you guess if a child has ADHD? What are the symptoms?
Answer
ADHD stands for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. It is a mild brain dysfunction syndrome, a relatively common pediatric psychological disorder complex. Children with ADHD typically have normal or above-average intelligence, exhibit excessive movement (though some cases may not show this), lack of concentration, unstable emotions, capricious, and often have varying degrees of learning difficulties. Some children may also have motor and comprehensive analysis disorders. The condition usually begins before the age of 7 and persists for more than 6 months.
