Question

Can children eat a little oil?

Answer

For infants aged 4 to 6 months, the diet should still be primarily breast milk or formula milk, with complementary foods provided mainly for tasting and exploration. The amount provided should start from a very small quantity, starting with 1 to 2 spoons, and gradually increase. Iron-fortified rice flour, vegetable puree, fruit juice or paste, egg yolks, fish puree, chicken, duck, and pork can be purchased.
